Here’s what worked – and what didn’t
The perfect spot for anyone keen on exploring. The staff greeted us with smiles every day – thumbs up to the amazing receptionist!
But the shared bathroom experience was a bit of a downer. cramped and not always clean.

Had an amazing time with my friends exploring the city! We visited the Anne Frank House and checked out the Van Gogh Museum. The location was awesome, and we were close to everything. The price was decent for what we wanted, and someone cleaned up every day, which was a plus!
The shared bathroom situation was challenging. it felt cramped and not very clean at times. It would have been better if the facilities were in better shape.

Best location and cozy vibes!
We had a really nice stay! Mario was super chill and helped us with our bags. The twin room was comfy with great views. Central location made it easy to get everywhere. the shared kitchen was handy for quick meals! Just wish the bathroom had more privacy. a solid spot!

The shared kitchen offers a solid spot for quick meals, making it easy to refuel after a long day. The location undeniably places you within walking distance of key areas in the city, making it a strategic base for exploration.
Rooms sit on the smaller side, with little room to breathe or move around comfortably. The shared bathroom situation leans towards the cramped, and cleanliness appears to be an ongoing issue that some might find hard to overlook. the lack of WiFi signal in certain areas can be a hassle for anyone needing to stay connected.

Charming location, but room for improvement
I booked a Single Room with Shared Bathroom for two nights. The vibrant neighborhood was alive with nearby shops and restaurants, making it a pleasant area to explore. the room was quite narrow, and the shared bathroom could have used better upkeep, which detracted from my overall experience. The host was welcoming and really made me feel at home.

I booked a Single Room with Shared Bathroom at Tamara for two nights. The location was spot on, just a short 7-minute walk to Centraal Station. It made getting around the city so easy. I loved the vibrant neighborhood with shops and restaurants close by, which created a lively atmosphere. the room itself left much to be desired. It was very narrow. I could almost touch both walls at the same time. The shared bathroom felt cramped, and it had basic cleanliness issues that could definitely use some attention. The shower head looked like it needed a good scrubbing. My bed was old and shaky, which made me a bit anxious about its sturdiness. On the brighter side, the host was really pleasant and welcoming, which made me feel a bit better about the stay. I liked the fact that I could get out and explore the nightlife safely, even late at night. Still, the issues with the bathroom and the bed made this more of a budget backpacker experience for me.

I booked a Single Room with Shared Bathroom for two nights. The room was super narrow, I could almost touch both walls without stretching my arms. The bed felt old and a bit shaky, which made me kinda uncomfortable. The shared bathroom situation wasn't great either. it felt cramped, and there were cleanliness issues, like the shower head needing a good scrub. Even though it had its flaws, the host was really nice and welcoming, which made me feel a bit better about the experience.
